Step 1: Enter Home Price (Property Price)

Start by entering the total price of the home you’re considering. For example, if you’re looking at a home priced at $300,000, input “300000” into the “Home Price” field.

Step 2: Input Down Payment Percentage(%)

Enter the percentage of the home’s price that you plan to pay as a down payment. For instance, if you plan to put down 20%, input “20” into the “Down Payment” field.

Step 3: Define Loan Term (Select your Plan)

Specify the number of years you intend to take to repay the loan. If you opt for a 30-year loan, input “30” into the “Loan Term” field.

Step 4: Add Annual Interest Rate (Make sure Standard Interest Rates)
